Each startup had three minutes to pitch, followed by up to twelve minutes of questions from the jury, who challenged their&nbsp;assumptions;&nbsp;stress\u2011tested&nbsp;their numbers, and dug into their growth plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Clyntech assembled a jury that blends program, financial, and technical perspectives who&nbsp;evaluated each venture&nbsp;based on: product or MVP readiness and innovation,&nbsp;growth potential,&nbsp;&nbsp;and&nbsp;scalability,&nbsp;&nbsp;This format ensured that founders were not only rewarded for a compelling pitch, but also for the depth of their thinking and their ability to respond in real time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The jury members:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lara El Khoury:<\/strong>\u00a0Programs Director at\u00a0Berytech\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rami\u00a0Sbeih:<\/strong>\u00a0Chief Executive Officer\u00a0of Plastic Lab\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Christophe El Khoury:<\/strong>\u00a0CTO and Tech Advisor\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Samar Hawa:<\/strong>\u00a0Senior advisor at\u00a0Berytech\u00a0Fund II\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slayman\u00a0Fawaz:<\/strong>\u00a0Program Manager at\u00a0Berytech\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Founders also prepared small, branded&nbsp;thank\u2011you&nbsp;gifts, turning the afternoon into a memorable moment that reflected each startup\u2019s story and identity and reinforced the sense of community around&nbsp;Clyntech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From Acceleration to the Stage<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The eleven startups that reached Selection Day had already gone through&nbsp;Clyntech\u2019s&nbsp;acceleration phase, where they refined their Minimum Viable Products,&nbsp;validated&nbsp;their markets, and built concrete&nbsp;go\u2011to\u2011market&nbsp;strategies. Through&nbsp;one\u2011on\u2011one&nbsp;coaching, technical clinics, and practical workshops on finance, customer acquisition, and pitching, they turned early concepts into testable and increasingly investable business models.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout this journey, teams were encouraged to iterate quickly: integrate feedback from mentors and experts, sharpen their value propositions, and back their claims with data from pilots, early users, or letters of intent. By the time they stepped onto the stage, every team had a clearer view of the problem they are solving, the people they are serving, and the path they see toward scale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meet the Eight Startups Moving into Incubation &amp; Growth<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eight startups stood out for their combination of innovation, traction, and potential to scale impactful cleantech solutions. They now move into&nbsp;Clyntech\u2019s&nbsp;four\u2011month&nbsp;Incubation &amp; Growth Phase, where they will focus on growth, traction, and investment readiness, with access to a matching grant of up to 17,000 USD, an international trip, and rich networking opportunities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Argentum:<\/strong>\u00a0Transforms toxic\u00a0X\u2011ray\u00a0films and other\u00a0silver\u2011containing\u00a0waste into\u00a0high\u2011purity\u00a0recovered silver using an\u00a0innovative\u00a0process, creating a new sustainable source of\u00a0valuable\u00a0metal. The team\u00a0achieved certification for 100% pure recovered silver, and started production, closing their first sale in April 2026.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AirGuard\u00a0One:<\/strong>\u00a0Developing an AI-powered self-healing network infrastructure\u00a0hardware and software system that detects\u00a0interference and automatically optimizes networks in real time.\u00a0They signed agreements with 5 major Internet Service Providers in Lebanon (30,000+ users) to deploy\u00a0AirGuard\u00a0across 10% of their network stations over the next 2 years\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GoPark:<\/strong>\u00a0A smart parking platform described as the \u201cAirbnb of parking,\u201d helping drivers\u00a0pre\u2011book\u00a0parking spaces while enabling property owners to monetize underused private spots. With 4,000 app downloads and 500 completed bookings,\u00a0GoPark\u00a0is already reducing time wasted searching for parking and the associated congestion and emissions in busy areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Smart Wardrobe:<\/strong>\u00a0A premium,\u00a0tech\u2011enabled\u00a0after\u2011care\u00a0platform that restores, repairs, and extends the life of fashion items to make circular luxury seamless and accessible.\u00a0The startup has already processed more than 2,500 items, serving over 1,200 customers with 1,300+ orders, proving that repair can be both convenient and aspirational.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Play Explore Learn (PEL Toys):<\/strong>\u00a0Creates eco-friendly wooden playhouses for young children, using safe and sustainable materials. Their designs replace\u00a0toys with durable, all-in-one play spaces made from\u00a0sustainable\u00a0wood. These screen-free environments encourage creativity and hands-on learning, while being safe, long-lasting,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Savvy Element:<\/strong>\u00a0Develops\u00a0high\u2011performance\u00a0cleaning products using green chemistry and introduces concentrated and\u00a0water\u2011reduced\u00a0formats, such as tablets, to reduce packaging waste and transport inefficiencies. By combining performance, safer formulations, and\u00a0refill\u2011friendly\u00a0formats, Savvy Element is redefining everyday cleaning in a region where most products are still largely water shipped in plastic.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transbollard:<\/strong>\u00a0Repurposes waste rubber into modular products that transform underused spaces without relying on new materials. The team is moving toward its first pilot project in a private outdoor space, aiming to\u00a0validate\u00a0how their sustainable modules can make existing environments more functional, flexible, and durable.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Up For Grabs:<\/strong>\u00a0A mobile app that helps food businesses sell surplus food as discounted \u201cmystery bags\u201d for pickup, turning daily waste into affordable meals. With MVP builds ready on Android and iOS and more than 20 active pilot testers, the startup is positioning itself as a practical tool for both\u00a0cost\u2011conscious\u00a0consumers and food outlets trying to reduce waste.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What&nbsp;the Incubation &amp; Growth Phase Offers<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next four months, the eight selected startups will work through a focused Incubation &amp; Growth Phase designed to help them grow faster, solidify traction, and get ready for investment.
